We want you to love your Sano Swim pieces. If for any reason you would like to return your order, you can do so within 28 days of receiving your package.
return requirements
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Swimwear showing signs of wear, stains, marks, odors, or any damage cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. This includes items tried on without appropriate undergarments.

Returns must be received within 28 days of delivery. Returns received after this period may be declined.

Notify us of any faulty items within 28 days of receipt.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.

Refunds will be issued via your original payment method once your return has been received and checked.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund to partially cover the cost.
UK Returns: £3.50 will be deducted per order.
