2. pre orders
All Sano Swim pieces are currently available on a preorder basis unless otherwise stated.
As part of our commitment to more intentional and limited production, orders are thoughtfully prepared over an estimated 6 to 8 week period before dispatch.
Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only and may occasionally vary due to production, supplier, or shipping delays outside of our control. If significant delays occur, we will always do our best to keep you informed.
By placing a preorder with Sano Swim, you acknowledge and accept these estimated lead times before purchase.
3. pricing & payments
All prices listed on our website are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase to secure your preorder.
We reserve the right to change pricing, product availability, product descriptions, or promotional offers at any time without notice.
4. shipping & delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are outlined within our Shipping Policy.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email.
Sano Swim is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, weather disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control once parcels have been dispatched.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country.
5. returns & exchanges
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full information regarding returns, exchanges, and eligibility requirements.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liners intact and all original tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. product information
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, imagery, colours, sizing, and details are displayed as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and production batches.
Due to the limited and intentional nature of our production process, small variations between pieces may occur and are not considered faults.
7. intellectual property
All content on this website, including branding, imagery, logos, graphics, written copy, website design, and product designs, belongs to Sano Swim and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. limitation of liability
Sano Swim shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
